Summary
Recently divorced, newly rich, and utterly miserable, Danny (Kevin Corrigan) would seem to be the perfect test subject for a definitive look at the relationship between money and happiness. Danny's well-funded languishing is interrupted by a momentous trip to the local gym, where he meets self-styled guru/owner Trevor (Guy Pearce) and irresistibly caustic trainer Kat (Cobie Smulders). Soon, their three lives are inextricably knotted, both professional and personally. . Nominated for the Grand Jury Prize in the Dramatic Category at the Sundance Film Festival.. "Bujalski's script is smarter and much weirder (in a good way) than the standard romantic comedy." - Richard Roeper, Chicago Sun-Times. "The rom-com isn't such a lost cause, after all. It was just waiting for someone like indie filmmaker Andrew Bujalski to resuscitate it." - Michael Rechtshaffen, Los Angeles Times

When Jerome's ex Clémence (Esther Garrel) reenters the picture, Gina is sent on a downward spiral of miscommunication, masochism, and madness. Inspired by European erotic dramas from the 70's, THIRST STREET burrows deep into the delirious extremes we go to for love. Narrated by Oscar-winner Anjelica Huston.. Nominated for Best U.S. Narrative Feature at the Tribeca Film Festival. Winner of Best Feature Film at the Denver International Film Festival.. "Somehow, her acting combines with cinematography straight from an artsy 1970s porno and a soundtrack of woozy love songs to create an expressionist portrait of overwhelming loneliness." - Joule Zelman, The Stranger

Michelle Williams plays twenty-eight-year-old Margot, happily married to Lou (Seth Rogen), a good-natured cookbook author. Swelteringly hot, bright and colorful, TAKE THIS WALTZ leads us, laughing, through the familiar, but uncharted question of what long-term relationships do to love, sex and our image of ourselves. .
